摘要
世界各国和政府组织纷纷提出依赖互联网和信息技术来改变城市未来发展蓝图的计划。智慧城市的概念正被人们所熟知和接受，智能交通运输系统作为其不可或缺的一部分也备受关注。
The concept and characteristics of smart cities(SC) and intelligent transportation system(ITS) is introduced,and then the relationship between SC and ITS is analyzed.Finally,based on the status and trend of smart city in China,the development strategies of smart city and intelligent transportation in China are discussed.
