摘要
沪3岁早期教育师资培养是我国师资培养体系中的一个十分薄弱的环节。美国高校0~3岁早期教育师资培养体系专业意识强、培养规格高、课程体系开放多元,对我们有较大的启示作用:转变专业观念,确定0~3岁早期教育专业定位;制定严格、规范的专业人才培养标准;构建探究性实践取向的课程体系;教科研并举,加强学术引导;加强与政府、社会机构的沟通与合作,以形成教育合力。
The cultivation of teachers for 0-3 year-old children's education is a very weak part of the teacher training system in China. America colleges' cultivation system of teachers for 0-3 years-old children's education has strong professional awareness, high standards and open curriculum system. This system has great enlightenments for Chinese colleges. We should change ideas, ensure the professional orientation of the early childhood education, draft strict cultivating standards, construct the inquiry-practice curriculum system, value research and teaching equally, and strengthening the connection with government, professional authority and organizations
