人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄转子间骨折体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄转子间骨折的疗效。方法:回顾分析运用人工股骨头置换术治疗40例高龄转子间骨折的手术适应证选择,术中术后并发症预防及术后疗效。结果:所有患者均获随诊6~24个月,术后髋关节活动良好。结论:高龄转子间骨折早期运用人工股骨头置换术缩短患者卧床时间,减少并发症,提高生活质量。
