后处理对缺血再灌注损伤鼠肺CD4^+ T细胞活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究后处理对在体缺血再灌注损伤鼠肺CD4+T细胞活性的影响,并分析其可能的肺保护作用机制。方法:构建大鼠在体肺脏缺血再灌注损伤模型,30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术对照组(Sham组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)和缺血后处理组(IPostC组),每组10只。Sham组开胸游离左肺门穿阻断带而不结扎持续180 min;IR组缺血60 min后再灌注120 min;IPostC组缺血60 min后给予3个周期的5 min灌注/5 min缺血后处理,再灌注90 min。留取左肺组织、左支气管肺泡灌洗液,分别用于测定髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、IL-17、IL-8及CD4+T细胞含量。留取小块肺组织测定肺湿/干重比(W/D)。结果:Sham组肺组织W/D、支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-8、IL-17及MPO含量和肺组织中IL-8、IL-17及CD4+T细胞含量明显低于IR组和IPostC组(P<0.05);IPostC组肺组织W/D、支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-8、IL-17及MPO含量和肺组织中IL-8、IL-17及CD4+T细胞含量明显低于IR组(P<0.05)。结论:缺血后处理能明显减轻大鼠肺缺血再灌注早期损伤,其机制可能与抑制CD4+T淋巴细胞活性从而减轻肺组织炎症损害有关。
