大学生使用移动图书馆的行为持续性的影响因素分析及对策研究——基于扩展持续使用模型 被引量:37

摘要 文章通过问卷调查、数据分析,验证用户因素对大学生持续使用移动图书馆的行为是极为重要的影响因素。具体以EECM-ISC为基础,融合用户因素,采用问卷调查方式采集大学生对于移动图书馆的使用数据,结合α系数、CR值、问项均值、因子载荷分析等证明用户因素对于大学生持续性使用移动图书馆行为的重要性仅次于信息质量,高于系统质量与服务质量。建议图书馆通过图书馆培训、文献检索课、1小时讲座、移动图书馆检索大赛等方式培养用户使用移动图书馆的能力,结合辅助资源系统将移动图书馆的运用融入到课业学习中,使大学生形成使用兴趣并最终达到持续使用移动图书馆的目的,推动图书馆移动服务的发展。 Through questionnaires and data analysis, this paper reports that user is one of the most important factors affecting college student's continued usage of mobile library. Based on EECM-ISC, it verifies with c~ coefficient, CR data, mean value and load factor analysis that user factor comes next in importance to information quality in the continuance of using mobile library, beyond the system quality and the service quality. It suggests that library should held training sessions, literature retrieval courses, one-hour lecture series, mobile library retrieval contest and the like to improve patrons' ability of using mobile library. Besides, it is supposed to cultivate students' interests in mobile library and make them use it persistently by putting mobile library service into academic learning--joining it with resources auxiliary system (electronic teaching reference system, etc.) By this way, it promotes the development of mobile library service.
