摘要
目的 评价CT检查对体内异物临床诊断的应用价值。方法 10 7例体内异物作CT检查 ,并作多层面图像重建三维定位 ,部分病例作血管增强扫描。结果 15例异物毗邻和损及脏器或较大血管 ,6例异物合并并发症 ,所有病例体内异物均经手术全部或部分顺利取出证实 ,无 1例术后并发症。结论 CT检查能准确地提供体内异物的定位定性、毗邻关系和合并并发症方面的信息 ,有助于异物摘除手术方案的制定和手术时机的把握。
Objective To evaluate the practical value of CT in clinical diagnosis of foreign body in vivo. Methods 107 patients with foreign body in vivo had been CT examined and reconstructed in multi\|planes for three dimension localization including enhancement in some cases. Results All 107 cases with foreign body in vivo were operated upon resulting in whole or partial extraction outcoming uneventfully without any complication,even comprising 15 cases invaded or just at nearby organs or major vessels,6 cases with complications preoperatively. Conclusion CT can accurately provide information of the localization,qualification,relationship and complications of foreign body in vivo together with preoperative plan and proper time for surgery.
