摘要
目的 探讨B超在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的应用价值。方法 对 5 9例妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者进行B超观察及血hCG测定。结果 葡萄胎 37例 ,侵蚀性葡萄胎 16例 ,绒毛膜癌 6例。不同类型的B超声像图特征不同 ,超声图像与血hCG呈正相关关系。结论 B超检查对妊娠滋养细胞疾病的早期诊断、良恶性的鉴别、监测化疗效果、指导治疗均有十分重要的价值。
Objective To probe the use of ultrasonography in the patients with trophocyte diseases. Methods B-mode ultrasonographies and serum choriogonadotroph hormone (hCG) were observed in fifty\|nine patients with gestational trophocyte diseases. Results Thirty\|seven cases of hydatictiform mole,sixteen cases of invasive mole and six cases of choriocar\|cinoma were dignosed.The different sonographic paterns were found in different types of trophoeste diseases and the different paterns of B\|mode ultrasonography were positively correlated with the serum hCG. Conclusion B\|mode ultrasonic scan is a very useful technique in the early dignosis,differential dignosis between benign and malignancy,evaluation of chemtherapy and guidance of management. [
