Alagille综合征致肝硬化行肝移植1例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿,男,10岁。主因间断皮肤巩膜黄染9年余,双下肢水肿1个月余入院。患儿出生后2个月即出现皮肤、巩膜黄染,院外查体发现胸骨左缘可闻及2/6级收缩期杂音,腹部胀满,肝脏肿大,肝肋下4.5 cm,脾未及,双手均为6指。辅助检查提示先天性心脏病,房间隔缺损（中心型）;肝脾大;胆道严重梗阻。母亲巨细胞病毒CMVIgM（＋）。考虑婴儿肝炎综合征（CMV）可能或胆道发育不良。予以保肝、对症治疗,疗效不佳。
