摘要
由于电站锅炉负荷随电网负荷不断发生变化,而运行方式选择又不合理,导致机组运行时经济性变差。本文针对此种现象对某锅炉机组进行变氧量、不同磨组合运行、停单侧风机运行方式优化试验,通过对现场试验数据进行分析和概括,提出了合理的优化方式,得到一些有益的重要结论,并用来指导不同负荷阶段机组的运行,取得了良好的效果,可为国内同类型其它机组提供参考。
As the boiler load change constantly, and the operation mode selection is unreasonable, cause when the unit economic variation. In this paper, different combinations of varying oxygen grinding operation, operation optimization experiment of single side machine of a boiler unit, through the analysis and summary of the field test data, put forward reasonable optimization methods, some important conclusions are useful, and used to guide the units with different load phase of the opera- tion, and achieved good results. It can provide a reference for the same type of other units.
