摘要
通过对衢州市公立医院固定资产管理现状的调查,全面了解衢州市公立医院固定资产规模、组成结构及使用情况,利用DEA分析方法进行效率评价,提出做好区域卫生规划以加强卫生资源管理、实现卫生资源效益最大化的对策建议。
Through the fixed assets management sit uation of public hospitals in Quzhou, we have a comprehensive understanding of public hospitals fixed assets size, composition and service condition in Quzhou. Then use DEA to make an efficiency evaluation, and proposed suggestions for doing a good regional health planning to strengthen health resource management and realize the benefits maximizing.
