摘要
对柴达木绒山羊皮肤及毛囊的组织学周期性变化进行了研究。结果表明，柴达木绒山羊表皮从4月份开始逐渐增厚，此时毛囊也开始伸长、重建，绒山羊毛囊7月～11月份进入兴盛期；此后毛囊又逐渐变短，1月～3月份为休止期。初级毛囊和次级毛囊的密度、深度和毛球宽度的最低值出现在1月～3月份，随后的几个月各数值逐渐增加，初级毛囊在8月份达最高，而次级毛囊在9月份为最高，以后又逐月递减；S／P值在1月份最低，而在9月份最高。柴达木绒山羊毛囊群结构以二元型和三元型为主，其中三元型毛囊群最多，也有少量一元型和四元型毛囊群。
The cyclic changes of skin hair follicles in Qaidam cashmere goats were researched. The results showed that the epidermal thickness starts to increase in April, the hair follicles begin reconstructing at the same time. The hair follicles enter anagen from July to November, the most of them enter catagen in December,the hair follicle gradually become shorter later, their telagen period is from January to March. The lowest values of primary follicle＂ density and bulb width show in February, that of primary follicle depth in March, the lowest values of secondary follicles＂ density and bulb show in March, hut that of sec- ondary follicle depth in January. The density, depth and bulb width of primary follicle are highest in Au- gust, while that of secondary follicles in September, and then decreasing month by month. S/P values show the lowest in January and highest in September. The structure of hair follicle group of Qaidam cash- mere goats is dominant with binary and ternary forms, also unary form and quarternary form are in a small amount of hair follicle group.
