摘要
目的 研究单侧外固定架不同时间动力化对骨折愈合的影响。方法 3组共 15只山羊 ,每只行左侧胫骨横断后 ,用单侧外固定架固定。各组分别于术后 2、4、6周实施动力化 ,定期摄X线片、行B超检查、生物力学测试 ,骨折愈合后行三点弯曲试验、组织学检查。结果 4周动力化组优于其他两组。结论 支架适时动力化后可促进骨痂生长 ,加速骨折愈合进程 ,骨折术后 4周动力化最佳。
Objective To study the influence of dynamic fixation of unilateral external fixator at different time in fracture healing. Methods 15 goats were divided into 3 groups equally,each goats left tibia was made transverse fracture and fixed with unilateral axial dynamic fixator. Each group was conversed from rigid to dynamic fixation at 2,4 and 6 weeks after operation. The X ray films, ultrasound images and biomechanical monitoring were made at different time. After healing, the goats were killed and the tibia taken out for three point bending test and histological examination. Results The group with dynamic fixation healed 4 weeks after operation. And the dynamic fixation accelerated the formation of callus. Conclusion Dynamic fixation can speed up the formation of callus and accelerate the healing process.The best choice is applying dynamic fixation in 4 weeks after operation for fracture.
