摘要
梳理近期关于家庭农场的研究文献,从家庭农场的内涵与特征、发展路径和实践情况三个方面进行综述,结果表明:家庭农场具有农场经营者应具有农村户籍、以家庭成员为主要劳动力、以农业收入为主、经营规模达到一定标准并相对稳定四个特征。现阶段,家庭农场面临着农地流转缺乏市场化体系和机制的障碍。现有研究文献存在理论系统性不足、缺乏对家庭农场内部差异化的关注、缺少实证性研究等缺陷。
By combing related articles about family farm, and reviewing the connotation and features, development path and practice of family farm from three aspects, the results show that family farm should have four characteristics. Farm operators should have rural household registration. Family members are the main labor force. The agricultural income is in the main place. And the operating scale should reach a certain standard and keep stable. At the present stage, family farm faces the obstacles of the lack of market system and mechanism of the circulation of farmland. The existing literatures are lack of theoretical systematicness, the attention for the internal diversification of family farm and empirical study.
