摘要
介绍了二滩电站AGC/AVC系统的组成,分析了该系统在设备安全经济运行方面所采取的控制调节策略,提出了设备运行异常时该系统所采用的保护策略,以及为防止下发值错误所采取的安全控制策略。实际运行效果表明,该系统控制调节策略可有效提高厂站机组经济运行能力,所采取的安全策略切实有效。
The components of AGC/AVC system of Ertan Hydropower Station are introduced. The paper analyzes the control measures in terms of safe and economic operation of system equipment, and proposes the protection strategies that should be taken during the abnormal operation of equipment, as well as security control strategies taken to prevent the instruction errors given by the system. The operating results indicate that the security control measures of system can effectively improve the capacity of eco- nomic operation of turbine - generator units.
