介绍了某1 000MW机组的烟气连续监测系统,分析其常见的故障,就其可靠性进行了分析和论述,并提出了对电源、氧分析仪及采样管路的改进措施,提出了优化设备运行环境和加强设备维护管理的建议。
An introduction is being presented to the continuous flue gas monitoring system in a 1 000 MW power unit, together with an analysis on the common faults, and a discussion on its operation reliability. Moreover, improvement measures are put forward for the power source, oxygen analyzer and sampling pipeline, while suggestions proposed for optimization of equipment operation environment and for strengthening of equipment maintenance management.
