摘要
门控单元是地铁车门系统中的主控部件,其运行状况与地铁运营安全密切相关。对门控单元的检测是地铁检修中不可缺少的部分。针对一款应用于上海轨道交通的常用门控单元,采用半实物仿真技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合的方法,开发了门控单元测试平台,实现了门控单元的离线检测。该检测平台提供了丰富的操作信息和故障指示,可准确检测出门控单元的故障,提高了检测维护的效率。
Door control unit(DCU) is the key control de- vice in metro door control system, which has a close rela- tionship with metro safe operation, and the door control unitdetection is essential to maintain the metro system. In this paper, the development of a detecting platform for common door control unit adopted in Shanghai metro is in- troduced, which is based on HILS technology and the virtu- al instrument technology, and is able to finish the task of offline detecting for door control unit. This platform pro- vides a plentiful indications of operation and malfunctions, and could improve the efficiency of inspection and mainte- nance.
