伴畸胎瘤的腹膜假黏液瘤一例

摘要 患者女，48岁，因进行性腹围增大，伴腹胀、纳差半年，于2013年2月收入成都军区总医院消化内科。体格检查：消瘦，腹部膨隆，腹围100cm，腹壁静脉曲张，中上腹叩诊呈鼓音，中腹及下腹叩诊浊音，移动性浊音阴性。
