No.14v组淋巴结清扫在胃癌中的转移情况及根治术实施中的指导意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨胃癌根治术中No.14v组淋巴结的转移情况及其在胃癌根治术实施中的指导作用。方法回顾分析43例胃癌根治术患者的No.14v组淋巴结清扫情况和转移情况,并分析其与患者临床病理参数的关系。结果 No.14v组淋巴结转移情况与胃癌的组织学分型,淋巴结转移分期及TNM分期相关;No.14v组淋巴结阳性组中位生存时间7个月,明显短于No.14v组淋巴结阴性组的13.5个月(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术中应合理清扫No.14v组淋巴结,其活检对判断合理手术范围具有重要作用。
