摘要
目的:探讨超声检查对诊断肛周脓肿的临床价值。方法:对应用超声诊断并经手术病理证实的45例肛周脓肿的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:本组45例病例,均经临床及病理确诊为肛周脓肿,超声诊断与临床及术后诊断符合率达100%。其中肛周脓肿29例,男22例,女7例;肛周脓肿伴肛瘘16例,男15例,女1例。结论:超声检查对肛周脓肿的诊断具有较好的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the ultrasound examination in diagnosing the perianal abscess.Method 45 patients with perianal abscess were retrospectively analyzed by ultrasound.All of them were proved by operation and pathology.Results 45 patients of perianal abscess were confirmed by clinical and pathological diagnosis.The consistency rates of ultrasound diagnosis and clinical and post-operative diagnosis rate were 100%.There were 29 cases with perianal abscess,22 cases of male,7 cases of female; 16 cases of perianal abscess with anal fistula,15 cases of male,1 case of female.Conclusion Ultrasound has higher application value in diagnosing the perianal abscess.
