摘要
目的:研究HOXA10在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)导致不孕患者血清中含量。方法:以Elisa方法检测HOXA10在EMs患者及正常人血清中的含量。结果:HOXA10水平在正常人血清中较Ems导致不孕患者血清中含量高。结论:HOXA10在EMs导致不孕患者血清中的含量显著低于正常生育女性,可能是EMs引起不孕的重要因素之一。
Objective To investigate HOXA10 gene function in infertility women of endometriosis（ EMs）.Method 48 patients who diagnosis as EMs complicated infertility The expression levels of HOXA10 in serum of EMs pations and normal endometrium were detected by Elisa.Results HOXA10 of EMs complicated infertility were significantly lower than those in normal fertility group,but had no significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion HOXA10 gene might have an important effect on infertility of endometriosis.Deeply study about HOXA10 gene may offer a new method to the treatment of infertility of endometriosis.
