微创经皮钢板内固定与切开复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效比较 被引量:19

摘要 目的:微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)和切开复位钢板内固定(ORIF)治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效比较。方法:选择2009年6月至2013年1月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的胫骨中下段骨折患者63例临床资料进行回顾性分析。手术分为MIPPO组及ORIF组,ORIF组37例采用ORIF法治疗,MIPPO组26例采用MIPPO法治疗。术后定期复查X线片,记录两组患者切口长度、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量,观察骨折愈合时间以判断疗效。并按Johner-Wruhs临床功能评分标准做预后分级。结果:MIPPO组切口长度、住院时间明显短于ORIF组,MIPPO组患者术中出血量少于ORIF组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后骨折愈合时间微创组短于ORIF组,MIPPO组手术时间短于ORIF组,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。预后Johner-Wruhs分级MIPPO组优良率高于ORIF组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MIPPO法在治疗胫骨中下段骨折中的疗效优于ORIF法。
