摘要
军校学员对游泳训练存在的恐惧、定势等负性心理因素,对游泳教学效果具有一定的影响。将游泳训练不同阶段的心理特征进行了剖析,并提出了针对性的心理训练方法,通过训练,克服负性心理因素的影响,使训练效果得到提高。
In the past, we usually attribute training effect to teachers' level, thought mobilization and students' idea. Through the researches about swimming training in our military academy, we discover that student's psychological state is an important factor which would affect the effects of training. This paper analyses the psychological characteristic for different periods of swimming training, and gives pertinency psychological training. Though adaptive course training, it helps students overcome psychological influence and get a better training effect.
