学校片区交通拥堵改善方案研究——以武汉市育才小学片区为例 被引量:4

摘要 近几年来机动车的迅猛增长,加上教育资源的不均衡、优质教育资源的稀缺,致使学校和幼儿园的服务半径越来越大。与此同时,学生上学放学出行难的问题却没有得到应有的重视和合理的引导,使得用私家车接送孩子上下学的家庭也越来越多,学校周边的交通拥堵问题越来越突出。选取武汉市江岸区育才小学片区作为学校片区交通拥堵解决方案的研究试点,希望通过系统的研究能够持续有效地改善学校及其周边的交通出行,缓解道路拥堵,并可以为其他学校交通拥堵问题的解决提供借鉴和参考。 In recent years, because of the rapid growth of motor vehicles, together with imbalanced educational resources and the rare high-quality educational resources, the service radius of schools and kindergartens increase greatly. On the other hand, the issue of the difficulty of students traveling from school to school has not been paid attention and gotten reasonable guide, which resulting in more and more use of private cars for children to school and back home, and more and more congestion in the area of schools. The project selects the Yu Cai Primary School, located in Jiang An district, Wuhan, as a pilot project for solving the problem of traffic congestion in the school areas. The research is aimed at effectively improving the traffic conditions of the schools and its surrounding area, easing the problem of traffic congestion and providing references for other similar projects.
