甲钴胺联合红外线治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察甲钴胺联合红外线治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将68例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,各34例,甲钴胺联合红外线治疗组(A组)和单纯甲钴胺治疗组(B组),两组患者均静脉推注甲钴胺1mg,1次/d;A组在此基础上予红外线治疗仪照射患处:50~60Hz,150VA,20min,1次/d。治疗2周后观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状均有不同程度的减轻;A组治疗总有效率显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后两组患者下肢神经传导速度均改善,A组改善较B组明显(P〈0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合红外线治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
