在一座 0 3MW热输入的粉煤流化床燃烧 (PC -FBC)试验台上 ,研究了煤粉在其密相燃烧区内的燃烧特性。文中用密相燃烧区内煤粉挥发份的释放率Vr(% )及其出口处煤灰的碳含量C(% )来描述此特性。并研究了床温、氧浓度、流化速度、二次风率对Vr(% )、C(% )的影响规律。研究表明 ,煤粉在密相燃烧区内释放 5 7 4%~ 84%的挥发分和燃烧 2 0 %~ 30 %左右的固定碳 ,释放 40 %~ 5 0
With the help of a pulverized coal fluidized bed (PC FB) test rig with 0.3 MW heat input a study was performed of the pulverized coal combustion characteristics in the dense phase combustion zone (DPCZ) of the above mentioned bed. The release rate Vr% of the pulverized coal volatile matter in DPCZ and the carbon content C% of the coal ash at the DPCZ outlet are employed to depict the combustion characteristics. Also investigated was the influence on Vr% and C% of such a variety of factors as the bed temperature Tb, oxygen concentration, fluidizing velocity Uo and secondary air feed ratio R2%. The test results show that the pulverized coal has released and burned in DPCZ 57 48% of volatile matter, 20 30% of fixed carbon and 40 50% of heat value.
