氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷

摘要 目的建立土壤中砷的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法。方法用硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸对样品在电热板上进行湿法消解,然后将消化液加盐酸、硫脲后用5%的盐酸作载流,5g/L氢氧化钾-20g/L硼氢化钾作还原剂,原子荧光光谱法测定砷含量。结果该法的线性范围为0~50μg/L,相关系数为0.999 6,方法检出限为0.025μg/L,相对标准偏差2.21%~4.13%,回收率为90.60%~106.20%。结论原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中砷灵敏度高,准确、快捷。 Objective To establish a methed for detection of arsenic in soil by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The sample was detected by nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and high chlorine acid oxdated on the electric hot plate. And then the sample was determined after added reductant in the best condition including load flow by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results y was 0. 999 6 in the range of 0-50 μg/L, the detection limit was 0. 010 μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 2. 23%-4.41% ,the recovery was 90.60%-106.20%. Conclu- sion The method is simple and rapid with good accuracy.
