摘要
对燕化公司炼油厂三蒸馏车间蒸馏塔进行了工艺标定 ,分析了该装置蒸馏塔的操作状况 ,结果表明常压部分和减压部分各侧线抽出产品都达到了工艺控制指标 ,该装置的操作水平与产品质量均处于较好水平 ,总拔出率为 61.2 3% ,综合能耗为 4 71.83MJ/t原油。对蒸馏塔在操作中存在的问题进行分析 ,并提出改造建议。
The distillation towers of No.3 crud distillation unit of Refinery in Yanshan Petrochemical Co. were calculated and its operating condition was analyzed. The results show that the side streams of atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers have reached the process performance data, and the operating level and product quality were better than before, the total yield was 61.23%, the complex power consumption was 471.83MJ/t. The problems were analyzed and the suggestions were put forward.
