摘要 γ-氨基丁酸是一种重要的功能性非蛋白质氨基酸,作为主要的抑制性神经递质,广泛分布于动物中枢神经系统、外周神经系统和其他非神经组织中。综述了γ-氨基丁酸对动物具有的重要生理功能及作为新型饲料添加剂被广泛用于动物生产中的应用现状。 γ- aminobutynic acid(GABA)is an important functional non-protein amino acids. As a major inhibitory neurotrans- mitter,it is widely distributed in the central nervous system (CNS), peripheral nervous tissue and non-neural tissue. GABA plays an important physiological role, and as a new feed additive is widely used in animals' production. The application of GA- BA in poultry production was reviewed.
