摘要
某型号隔离开关产品铝合金导电管在使用过程中发生异常断裂,通过宏观检验、化学分析、金相检验、扫描电镜与能谱分析等方法对导电管断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:导电管是由于剥落腐蚀断裂的。导电管处于潮湿工作环境并存在Cl-。其腐蚀过程为先在表面氧化膜不均匀处,甚至局部破裂处发生点蚀,然后发展成晶间腐蚀,在晶间腐蚀和内应力的协同作用下导致剥蚀。
The abnormal fracture of a conductive pipe of outdoor high-voltage disconnector is analyzed by means of chemical analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that denudation of the conductive pipe due to humid environment and the existence of Cl- caused the fracture. During the corrosion process, pitting corrosion first took place on uneven part of oxide film at local rupture, then the pitting corrosion developed into intercrystalline corrosion, finally leading to the denudation under the synergistic effect of intercrystalline corrosion and internal stress.
