The most dangerous radial cracks configution in thick walled cylinders

摘要 对于含有多条径向裂纹的厚壁圆筒 ,用有限单元法计算了裂纹尖端的应力强度因子 ,分析了裂纹条数及裂纹之间的夹角对应力强度因子的影响。认为在所有裂纹分布的情况中 ,2条对称裂纹的应力强度因子最大 ,即 The stress intensity factor has been caculated by using finite element method for radial cracks in thick walled cylinder.The influence of the number of cracks and the angles between cracks on stress intensity factors was discussed,and the conclusion is that the stress intensity factors of 2 radial symmtrical cracks is the largest.That means of all the cracks configutions,the 2 radial symmtrical cracks configution is the most dangerous.
