摘要
将传统的手动热电偶检定装置改进为自动检定装置 ,实现了自动连续检定。通过引入改进的PID控制算法 ,有效地改善了炉温大滞后过程启动和间歇大扰动的动态品质。独特的冷端补偿方法有效地减少了冷端补偿引入的误差。利用参考函数使温度和热电势之间的转换很方便。热电偶的自动检定 ,能减轻大量繁琐的操作工作量 ,提高工作效率和检定质量 ,也能有效地减少人为误差 ,而且对节约能源和实现检定的社会化开辟了新的途径。
An automatic device of thermocouple calibration is designed. It can replace manual device and realize automatically successive calibration. The improved PID algorithm is introduced, and it efficiently improves the dynamic quality of control process of temperature in oven with long time delay and big intermittent interference. The unique method of cold junction compensation reduces the error resulted by traditional compensation. The reference function is conveniently used to convert each other between temperature and voltage.
