摘要
以过程系统能量综合优化“三环节”系统方法为指导 ,采用流程模拟技术 ,提出了对炼油厂催化裂化 气体分馏联合装置进行能量优化改造方案 ,降低装置的 1 .0MPa蒸汽消耗 ;对气体分馏装置进行分离精度、产品收率及能耗三者间的权衡优化 ,以达到综合利用能量、回收低温热、降低装置能耗和提高经济效益的目的。
Based on the three link energy model of process system energy optimization, an energy optimization scheme for catalytic cracker integrated with light ends plant was proposed for reducing the 1.0 MPa steam consumption by using advanced process simulation software. Balancing among the separation efficiency of the light ends plant, product yields and energy consumption, optimization was made for utilization of energy, recovery of low temperature heat and reducing the unit energy consumption.
