摘要
采用在VPO催化剂前体的有机法合成过程中加入氧化铈、氧化铁复合氧化物的方法研制了一种VPO催化剂。通过质谱在线检测的VPO催化剂上丁烷脉冲反应结果表明 ,参与反应的晶格氧可分为表层、次表层和体相晶格氧三种。与一种进口VPO催化剂相比 ,添加铈 -铁助剂的VPO催化剂具有更高的丁烷转化率、顺丁烯二酸酐选择性和储氧量 ,并且提高了体相晶格氧向表层传递的速率。
Vanadium-phosphorus-oxide(VPO) catalyst was prepared by adding Ce and Fe complex oxide to the precursor of VPO catalyst during the organic synthesis process.The pulse experiments over VPO catalyst were carried out with an on-line quadrupole mass spectrometer.Experimental results show that the lattice oxygen of VPO catalyst consists of three kinds of lattice oxygen:surface,sub-surface and bulk lattice oxygen.Comparing with an imported industrial VPO catalyst,the Ce-Fe doped VPO catalyst is able to effect higher conversion of n-C_4H_10,higher selectivity of MA,and higher capability of carrying lattice oxygen.The transmission speed of lattice oxygen from the bulk to the surface is also improved owing to the addition of Ce-Fe.
