摘要
采用灰色系统关联度分析法探讨沥青的常规性能指标与其力学指标 (粘度和韧度 )之间的关联程度 ,采用回归分析建立并检验常规指标与力学指标的回归模型。关联度分析结果表明 :影响沥青 60℃粘度的主要因素是当量软化点 T80 0 和软化点 TR&B,影响沥青 1 0℃韧度的主要因素是 1 0℃延度 D1 0 。回归分析结果表明 :仅软化点 TR &B和 1 0℃延度 D1 0 分别与相应的力学指标之间存在着显著的线形回归关系。在进行关联度计算的过程中发现 :采用初值化对试验数据进行无量纲化处理时 ,可能会导致分析结果的不稳定。
The relationships between the routine indexes and mechanical indexes of asphalt have been evaluated by the relation degree of Gray system and Regression analysis The results from the relation degree indicate that the main factors affecting viscosity is the equivalent temperature point and ring & ball temperature point.the Ductility affects mainly on the Tenacity Linear regression relation exists between the main factors and the mechanical indexes above In additional, the results may be error when the dimension of test data is removed by using method of initial value The only way to ensure the proper result is that the test date are treated by means of the average value
