摘要
氢化物原子吸收法已经得到广泛应用,但有关氢化物原子化机理一直存在争议,且多集中在AsH_3和seH_2方面,本文对GeH_4在电热石英管中的行为进行了研究。
In the electrically heated quartz tube, most of GeH4 are directly atomized, i. e. , GeH4(g) →Ge(s). Only a few of GeH4 are indirectly atomized, i. e. , GeH,i(g)→Ge(g)→Ge(s). When the temperature of the quartz tube is higher than 960 K, oxygen in the gas entering the quartz tube will interfere with atomization of GeH, and the process of atomization is Ge(g) +(J/2)O2(g)→GeO(g).
