英国天然气公司把原先统管一切的天然气公司分解为输气公司储气公司天然气分销商和天然气供应商分别负责各自相关的业务由于成功的把市场竞争引进天然气储运业中从而减少了对天然气用量季节调峰的需求减少了对地下储气库的需求量同时避免了垄断天然气业务对市场经济造成的损害考虑到天然气实际运行情况制定了储气的平衡安排强制性服务和统一管理等特殊规定介绍英国天然气公司的组织结构分析了这种企业形式的优点认为英国天然气供应的这种方式值得我们借鉴
The former British Gas Company which used to monopolize the entire Britain’s gas industry has been divided into four different companies such as Gas Transmission, Gas Storage, Gas Sales and Gas Supply, each being responsible for its relevant business, thus reducing the demand for gas during peak shaving periods and demand for underground facilities. As a result, economic loss caused by monopolized gas marketing has been avoided. Taking into consideration the real condition of gas application, a series of regulations have been set forth such as storage balancing, enforced service and other special regulations for unified management. The writer also briefs, in the paper, on the company structure with the advantage of such enterprise management analyzed and concludes that the way how gas is supplied in the U.K is worth following.
