摘要
网络技术的发展给人类社会已带来经济结构和生活方式的变革。从石油企业的发展现状和所处环境出发，本文论述了石油企业档案工作网络化发展的迫切性和必要性，并指出实现档案工作网络化的途径和方法，即利用因特网和企业网，通过数字化档案信息，建立多媒体数据库和具有综合服务功能的网页来实现。文章还对档案网络化管理工作中存在的问题进行了对策分析。
The development of network technology is dramatically changing the economic structure and the life style of people. This paper discusses the urgency and necessity to set up files networks in petroleum enterprises, and points out that the ways are establishing databases and setting up network pages with comprehensive service functions through digitizing files information and using the internet and enterprise networks. In viewing the problems existed in files network management, it presents some corresponding solutions.
