Expression of 14-3-3 Sigma Protein in Human Lung Adenocarcinoma

摘要 【目的】探讨14—3—3Sigma蛋白质在肺腺癌组织中的表达及意义。【方法】采用免疫组化方法检测正常肺组织、炎性假瘤、肺腺癌组织和转移淋巴结标本中14—3—3Sigma蛋白质的表达,分析其临床意义。【结果】14—3—3Sigma蛋白的表达主要定位于细胞膜,部分位于胞浆,14—3—3Sigma蛋白在正常肺组织和炎性假瘤不表达或存在弱阳性表达,而在肺腺癌组织和转移淋巴结中存在中到强阳性表达,14—3—3Sigma蛋白在正常肺组织、炎性假瘤、肺腺癌组织和转移淋巴结中表达有显著差异性(PdO.05),但14—3—3Sigma蛋白在正常肺组织和炎性假瘤比较无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。【结论]14—3—3Sigma蛋白质可能与肺腺癌的发生、发展和转移有关。 [Objective] To explore the expression of 14-3-3 Sigma protein in lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression of 14-3-3 Sigma protein in normal lung tissues, pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor, tung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis tissues. Clinical significance was analyzed. [Results]The expression of 14-3-3 Sigma protein mainly located in cell membrane and partly located in cytoplasm. Normal lung tissues and inflammatory pseud- otumor had no or weak expression of 14-3-3 Sigma, but lung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis tis- sues had strongly positive expression of 14-3-3 Sigma. There were significant differences in the expression of 14 3-3 Sigma among normal lung tissues, pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor, lung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis tissues( P d0.05), but there was no significant difference in the expression of 14-3-3 Sigma protein between normal lung tissues and inflammatory pseudotumor ( P 〉 0. 05). [Conclusion]The 14-3-3 Sigma protein may be involved in the occurrence, development and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.
