脚手架既是施工设施也是安全设施,一旦发生安全事故极易造成较大人员伤亡。应优化脚手架搭设设计,编制完善的专项施工方案;提高从业人员安全意识,加强现场安全管理力度;确保脚手架进场验收,加强对配件材料的质量检查;严格搭设、使用、拆除施工过程,执行专项施工方案及规范要求,从源头保障施工安全。
Scaffolding are both construction facilities and safety facilities. It is easy to occur big casualties. The scaffolding＇s design should be optimized to prepare the perfect special construction plan. The staff＇s safety awareness is to be improved to strengthen the on-site security management. The scaffold＇s acceptance should be ensured to strengthen the quality inspection of parts material. The construction process of set-up, use and demolition is stregthened and the special construction plan and specification requirements are strictly executed to ensure the safety of construction from the source.
