选择性氮化法制备t—ZrO2—TiN粉料 被引量:1

摘要 应用热力学原理分析计算了ZrO2~TiO2系统的选择性的氮化条件,确定了反应温度对该系统氮化后相组成的影响。采用碳热原还法,在高纯氮气氛下制备t-ZrO2-TiN复合粉料。利用X射线衍射和X射线荧光光谱对氮化后粉料的物相和氮化效果进行分析,扫描电镜对复合粉料的形貌进行观察,反应后粉料中晶粒大小在300~500nm。
