摘要
通过正交试验发现低硫低锰对提高灰铸铁材质的性能非常有帮助,在随后生产试验过程中再次得到证实,并提出汽车缸体缸盖生产过程中锰硫合金成分合适的控制范围。
It was found that low sulfur and low manganese cast iron is very helpful to improve properties of gray cast iron by the orthogonal test,which has been proved in the production process.An appropriate control range of manganese and sulfur alloy has been proposed in the automobile cylinder block and head casting process.
