摘要
针对小直径钻头在钻削过程中出现的弯曲、折断问题,利用PRO/E软件建立了小直径麻花钻头的三维模型,基于ANSYS Workbench软件分析了钻头钻削时的固有频率、变形、应力应变的变化规律,分析了钻头夹持长度、螺旋槽长、材料等因素对钻头强度和刚度的影响,提出了相应的措施来增强钻头的性能。
In view of the bending and breaking problems of small diameter drills in the process of drilling, a 3D model of small diame-ter twist drills is established by using PRO/E software. Based on ANSYS Workbench software, this paper analyzes the change rules of inherent frequency, deformation, stress and strain during the process of drilling, discusses the effects of clamping length, spiral groove's length, materials and other factors on the strength and stiffness of twist drills and presents some measures to enhance the per-formance of twist drills.
