循环水中耐氯分解的缓蚀阻垢剂配方的筛选

摘要 针对以氯气为主要杀菌剂的系统 ,存在正磷升高、局部介质温度较高的换热器形成磷酸钙垢等问题进行了研究 ,在循环水处理配方中引入了耐氯分解能力强、分散能力好的缓蚀阻垢成分 ,筛选出代号为Fu -93A(P)的缓蚀阻垢剂 ,经生产应用 ,腐蚀速率达到0 0222mm/a,粘附速率达到2 64mcm ,水中正磷长期维持在1 0mg/L以下。 The increase of ortho_phosphates and the formation of calcium phosphate scale in heat exchangers with partial high_temperature fluids in systems using chlorine as the main sterilizer are studied.A corrosion and scale inhibitor with the code of Fu_93 A(P) has been screened out by introducing corrosion and scale inhibiting ingredients with good dispersivity and strong resistance against chlorine decomposition into the formula. The application of this inhibitor in production shows that the corrosion rate reached 0.0222 mm/a,the adhesion rate reached 2.64 mcm and the ortho_phosphates in the water were always kept below 1.0 mg/L.
