摘要
目的:探究针刺加热敏灸治疗糖尿病眼底出血的方法及疗效。方法:将49例糖尿病眼底出血患者随机分为两组,在积极治疗糖尿病,将血糖控制在正常范围的基础上,观察组(25例)采用针刺加热敏灸治疗,对照组(24例)采用针刺进行治疗,均为10天一疗程,且都治疗2个疗程。结果:经2疗程施治,治疗组总有效率92%,与对照组的70.8%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺加热敏灸治疗糖尿病眼底出血有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the acupuncture plus thermal moxibustion methods and curative effect for the treatment of diabet- ic eyeground bleeding. Methods 49 patients with diabetic eyeground hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups, in the active treatment of diabetes, blood glucose control in the normal range, on the basis of the observation group （25 cases） by acupuncture plus thermal moxibustion therapy, the control group （24 cases） treated with acupuncture, are 10 days as a eourse, and treatment of two pe- riod of treatment. Results Treats by 2 period of treatment, treatment group total effectiveness 92%, compared with 70. 8% in the control group have significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion By acupuncture plus thermal moxibustion treatment of diabetic eye- ground hemorrhage has a good effect.
