摘要
目的：分析艾滋病自愿检测（VCT）情况,为及时发现艾滋病毒（HIV）感染者和艾滋病（AIDS）人起到重要作用.方法：持咨询证上岗的医务人员与求询者面淡,按统一表格登记,对同意检测的求询者1734例进行免费HIV抗体初筛试验,进行情况分析.结果：男性占38.52%,女性占61.48%;56.63%通过外展服务渠道来询;20～50岁青壮年占85.29%,70.30%有性接触危险行为史;HIV阳性检出率较高占8.59%,配偶/固定性伴阳性检测率达35.06%.结论：VCT求询者大部份是以性接触的高危行为青年女性为主,且HIV感染率较高,尤其配偶/固定性伴阳性检测率更为突出.提示开展高质量的VCT工作,且充分利用外展服务的平台,对高危人群特别是阳性配偶的行为干预及实行健康教育很重要.
Objective Via voluntary counseling testing （VCT） for AIDS, the HIV infected persons （HIV） and AIDS （AIDS） can be discovered timely and we can investigate their characteristics to take some intervening measures, which will play an important role for VCT in the future. Method The medical staff with licenses talk with the inquiring people face to face and fill in the special form, then have a free beginning antibody screening test for the inquiring 1734 people who agree to as well as analyze consulting test re- suits and so on. Result Inquiring people in all. male 38. 52%, female 61.48% ; Most of them are young adults （ aged 20 to 50, 85.29% ） by expanding our service （56.63%）. 70. 30% of the inquiring people have sexual, contact with the infected people, the male of the HIV covers 8.59%, which is larger, the male of the spouse/lifetime partners is 35.06%. Conclusion Most of the inquir- ing people of VCT are high - risk young female adults with sexual contact, and the rate of the infected of HIV is very high, especially for the male of the spouse/lifetime partners. It is very important for high - risk people, especially the behavior intervention of male spouse as well as the health education to improve the high quality of the VCT work and make full use of the outreach services platform.
