急性肾损伤中自噬的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 自噬是细胞中高度保守的维持细胞内环境稳定的一种重要细胞内降解机制,通过清除细胞内少量受损的线粒体等细胞器和生物大分子维持细胞正常的生理功能,抑制细胞的凋亡,但目前对于自噬在急性肾损伤中信号转导机制及病理作用尚未完全阐明,本文综述如下。
