摘要
目的对比纯腹腔镜下行子宫切除术与传统开腹全子宫切除术的，临床效果，为临床选择合适的手术方式提供依据。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月平顶山市第一人民医院行全子宫切除术的126例患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法分为两组，观察组患者实施纯腹腔镜全子宫切除术，对照组实施传统开腹全子宫切除术，比较两组患者术中、术后情况。结果两组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、胃肠功能恢复、住院天数、下床活动时间、患者满意度等评分情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；腹式组术中、术后并发症发生例数明显多于腹腔镜组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术是安全可行的，与传统的开腹手术比较具有手术时间短、术中出血少、恢复快等优点，是一种全子宫切除术效果较好的方法。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopy hysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy, in order to provide reference for suitable operation method in clinics. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with definite diagnosis of hysteromyoma admitted into the first people＇s hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups based on different therapeutic methods. In observation group, patients were implemented with panhystereetomy by laparoseope, while in control group, abdominal hysterectomy was applied. Conditions during and after surgery in both groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in operation time, amount of bleeding during surgery, recovery time of gastrointestinal functions, time of hospitalization after surgery, time of get out of bed, patient satisfaction scores in the two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. The number of patients in the control group presented with complications was larger than that in treatment group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The panhysterectomy bylaparoscope is safe and feasible, and has advantages of short operation time, little bleeding and rapid recovery, compared with conventional abdominal hysterectomy. It is a good total hysterectomy method.
