摘要
文章通过问卷调查、文献研究、网络调查和电话咨询等方式,研究粤西4所高校图书馆在社会需求、社会服务内容与方式、对外办证等方面的情况,分析社会服务中存在的服务被动、意识不强、条件制约等问题,提出保内拓外、特色库建设、网上服务与宣传推广等对策。
This paper studies on the social needs, registration for outsiders in four university libraries social service content and patterns, library card in western region of Guangdong province （Western Guangdong） by printed and electronic questionnaires, literature research, and telephone consultation. Then it analyzes the existing problems, such as the passive service, weak service consciousness, and constrains. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures such like filling library internal needs, developing external service, constructing characteristic databases, delivering online services and organizing promotional activities, etc.
