摘要
图书馆岗位轮换是改善岗位固定化的弊端,合理开发人力资源,提高工作效率,强化图书馆管理的重要手段,其负效应是增加办馆成本,影响工作衔接和经验传承。在分析图书馆岗位轮换效应的基础上,提出了优化岗位轮换的策略。
Job rotation is an important way for library to overcome the shortcomings raised from fixed- position system, to develop human resources reasonably, to enhance work efficiency and to strengthen library management. However, there are some negative effects of job rotation, such as increasing library costs, constraining work communication and experience exchanging. This paper proposes the strategies to optimize job rotation after analyzing its effects in library environment.
