摘要 目的 :探讨 32磷 -玻璃微球经肝动脉介入治疗肝癌的疗效。方法 :采用 Seldinger技术将导管选择性地插到肝固有动脉或肝左、右动脉 ,注入 32磷 -玻璃微球碘油混悬液和化疗药 ,4周后重复治疗。结果 :治疗后患者的临床症状、体征均有改善 ,生活状态评分有明显提高 ,部分病人肿瘤明显缩小。结论 :32磷 -玻璃微球作为内照射核素和末梢栓塞剂 ,有较大的优点 ,临床疗效显著 ,毒副作用小 ,放射污染轻微 ,尤其适用于肝癌的治疗。 Objective: To assess the therapeutical effectiveness of liver cancer using hepatic arterial intervention of\ \+\{32\}P-labelled glass microspheres (\+\{32\}P-GMS). Methods: Seldinger method is applied for selective catheterization of proper hepatic artery, right hepatic artery or left hepatic artery. Mixture of suspension of\ \+\{32\}P-GMS, iodine and chemotherapeutic agents are injected through the catheter. The procedure is repeated after 4 weeks. Results: The symptom & signs of patients improved. The performance status improved also. The tumor shrunk significantly in some of the patients. Conclusion:\+\{32\}P-GMS as a internal radiating terminal embolic agents, has a significant therapeutic action in treatment of liver cancer. At the same time it has minimal side effects and is within radiation safety. \ \
